Outstanding service and staff

Liked: The hotel was nicely updated and had a wonderful dining breakfast area that you could just sit and enjoy. The staff went above and beyond when we had a problem and were so courteous. We also were there for the eclipse and they had a basket of glasses available. We just went outside and laid on the grass enjoying the event.
Disliked: I couldn't find any issues at all.

Liked: The room was clean. The staff was friendly.
Disliked: The door on the bathroom was sliding and didn't lock which was weird. There were no extra pillows for the sofa bed. The price was exhorbitant because of the eclipse.

Disliked: Bed was so hard and it sagged in the middle that you rolled to the center of the bed. Truthfully this was the worst bed I have ever slept in!!It needs a new mattress 304 was my room number.Breakfast had a lot of choices but gravy was gross and when having oatmeal you need brown sugar.Drinks: the water and mixture was off OJ and apple juice was so strong it tasted spoiled.The kiwi strawberry was very weak.The lady had just been there for a week. Was doing amazing trying to keep up with everyone’s needs.Staff even maintains man was very nice and friendly.Staff was all amazing!!
