I was disappointed in this...

Liked: Location is good.
Disliked: The staff at every level was not nice. We asked for more towels three times. There were only two towels in the room when we got there. The staff was not helpful at all. No one said hello or how is your stay. I travel a lot for work and always stay at a Hampton Inn. This was not Hilton quality at all.

Liked: The breakfast times and selections ,the ladies that work at the kitchen all of them are extremely nice
Disliked: The price of valet parking

Liked: Perfect location to the river area
Disliked: Out bathroom shower did not drain. I pulled the cover off and it was moldy and drain was full of hair

Liked: Location, parking, room, and breakfast were good. Loved the colonial vibe to the hotel and the staff was friendly, too!
Disliked: Paying for parking, and it's a challenge to leave while waiting for others to arrive; it's a small area. We were blocked for several minutes while waiting for another family to exit their car for check in.

Disliked: Pool was dirty and green water, didn’t swim

Liked: Nicole was great helping get us more towels, wash clothes. Very pleasant lady!
Disliked: The men's bathroom by check in was out of paper towels and not checked regularly. The pool was out of order.
