Liked: I liked the location !

Good

Liked: Nicole was great helping get us more towels, wash clothes. Very pleasant lady!
Disliked: The men's bathroom by check in was out of paper towels and not checked regularly. The pool was out of order.

Very good

Liked: Breakfast was fine, but not the best I've had.
Disliked: coffee was very weak and I don't drink it strong. Hot food was spicy for me but I enjoyed the little scones.

Good overnight spot

Liked: The breakfast was great. Parking garage was close. Great view of the river and cargo ships from the pool area on the roof. Good location to walk one street over to River Street to all activities.
Disliked: The pool hours are 8-10 but it was being cleaned until 830 and there were no pool towels available on the rack. Didn’t like that there was no onsite bar.

Perfect location and great value.

Liked: Location was perfect. Totally walkable to everything I wanted to see.
Disliked: The rooftop pool could use a few touches just to make it more relaxing and comfortable. Some plants or colorful tables and chairs or just something so it doesn't feel so cold.

Location makes it worth it

Liked: Location was fabulous! Close to River street , short walk to historic district
Disliked: The a/c in room 328 was barely cold most of the time, fitted shit kept coming off the bed every night as we slept, breakfast was not the best quality. No towels at the pool one night. For the price we paid for 3 nights I expect better.

Liked: The breakfast was great. My husband love grits. The fact that you had grits on the menu was the best part for him. The stay at this hotel was the best for the walking distance to everything. We love it
