Our overall stay was ok,...

Liked: Breakfast was good, lots of options
Disliked: We were really hoping to have bottles of water in our room. Going down to main level with our cups to a fountain was a little far. The plugs in our room were very loose, hard to charge our phones cuz the cords kept falling out. The gym smelt really bad not sure of what, maybe rubber...couldn't even go in to use it. Not much choice to watch on the TV.

I stay a Hilton often...

Liked: The Staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean.
Disliked: I requested a King Size Bed (which the room had) but it was not very comfortable. I was unable to get the room temperature to a comfortable level (cold at night). The Toiletries in the bathroom were empty when we were taking showers the next morning. I'm a Hilton Rewards Member and I was told that I might not get credit for this stay since I did not book directly with Hilton (something about a 3rd party - I didn't understand).

Disliked: Should incorporate hand-held shower heads into your facilities.

Liked: It was fairly new. They put out an excellent breakfast. Was very close to the water.
Disliked: Coffee in the room was terrible. Shower didn’t have a hand held hose. I have a disability and the seating for me wasn’t adequate. They only had enough towels for one shower. We needed more towels.
