Hampton Inn By Hilton San Francisco Downtown/Convention Center

My wife and I had a great stay at the Hampton Inn. They definitely had the best rate in the area. The hotel is only 2 blocks from the Powell BART station which is very convenient getting to and from the airport. The rooms are a little on the small side but manageable. The staff was very friendly and kind. I also would like to single out one employee, Daniel. He went above and beyond to make sure that we knew where everything was in the city, recommended some excellent restaurants, and made sure that our stay in San Francisco was great. I would give Daniel 6 stars. I highly recommend this hotel and I commend Daniel for a job well done.

Disliked: I did valet parking and pay for taking care of my car and car got broken, and scratched

Disliked: No parking. Valet parking charge 75.00. block away parking garage charge 48.00

Disliked: 25 minute wait for valet to locate my vehicle and $75 to park

Disliked: Outside hotel, pavement too dirty.
