Liked: The room at Hampton Inn offered a peaceful retreat, boasting tranquility, cleanliness, and a prime location not too far away from numerous restaurants. Despite ongoing upgrades on the upper floor, the ambiance remained undisturbed, complemented by the warmth and helpfulness of the friendly staff.
Disliked: The temperature of the water was not cold enough.

Liked: The shower in our room was faulty and we were upgraded to a newly remodeled room. That was an amazing move from the staff. The gentleman eningeer who came to look at the shower was wonderful as well. LIZ was so kind and helpful she made our stay at the hotel feel so warm. She's amazing and needs to be promoted!! I would definitely come back because she made our stay worth it.
Disliked: I didn't like that the hotel charges daily parking fees I that was pretty dumb considering I've never been to any hotels that do that. Also the room we stayed in the first time before being upgraded had a lot of hair and dust they probably didn't clean well. The breakfast lounge wasn't big enough and had people standing looking for seats for too long.
