Liked: I appreciated the breakfast.
Disliked: Upon arrival I was told that there was not enough parking for the 2 rooms that I had booked and that although I had just paid parking and deposit for both rooms I might need to park in an adjacent lot. How is it possible to rent out your rooms but not have sufficient parking? When I finally did find parking it was super uncomfortable to park. Secondly, I booked 2 rooms both with a King size bed and a sofa bed. One of my rooms did not have a sofa bed. When i mentioned this to the lobby personnel the asked me if I had just walked into the room. As if I had somehow walked in and taken out the sofa bed out of the room. I was very dissatisfied will not be booking here again.

Liked: It’s location was excellent, easy walking distance to restaurants, activities, bear & shopping. Very comfortable bed. Good facilities, staff very helpful.
Disliked: Only 1/3 of lifts working with a full hotel.
