Good place to stay but...

Liked: The staff doesn’t answer messages through Booking. I messaged then two days before about possibly changing dates. Every other hotel I have messaged, at least has the courtesy to reply the same day or the next. They also cancelled my booking when I told them I was to arrive a day late knowing I would have to pay for the two days and they charged me automatically for the o e day as if I was going to skip out on them.

Liked: The breakfast was very good. They had bottles of water available as well as extra goodies. The horchata was a treat.The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The bathtub was a little slippery.
