Liked: I liked the location.
Disliked: The ceiling had mud and tape pulling away from the ceiling…damaged. The shampoo was empty in the shower. We asked for more and had to wait 15 minutes at least for someone to show up at the desk only to be told housekeeping would replace it the next day. They didn’t so we went and purchased our own the next evening because we couldn’t find front staff again to inquire about it again.

Liked: There are several reviews on here that speak to maintenance issues, service at the front desk, cleanliness, etc. While this Inn is older than a lot of the newer places built in the last 20 years it is clean, the toilets, showers, TV’s work. Yes, there was a sign at the front desk that said they had stepped away for a minute but I waited no more than 30 seconds for someone to help me. They carry the standard breakfast fare and continue to cook throughout the morning. The staff are friendly, helpful, and courteous. In short, I experienced none of the negative reviews in my 5 day/6 night stay. So, for the value received I’ll accept things being a little out of date. I will definitely book with them again when I need a place to stay in San Angelo.
