Disliked: Everything , the Hotel was under construction, they just told us after the free cancellation , so we could more cancel without pay , they didn’t have pool , no place to eat the breakfast , nothing , they are changing the hotel name , resume : terrible !!!

Liked: The rooms themselves were nice! Smelled a little funky but nice.
Disliked: I booked the Hampton Inn and got to the hotel location and it was a Sparks by Hilton.. also the breakfast was lacking and no mention of the pool/hot tub being down until after I booked

Liked: It was clean and friendly staff
Disliked: It was under construction and we were not notified. It was hard to find as they changed the name of the hotel and again we were not notified. Amenities were not available. Rooms were nice as they had just been renovated. We felt we should have been refunded half of the amount we paid.

Disappointing

Liked: Clean room. Staff was as friendly as could be under the circumstances.
Disliked: Very little offered for breakfast. Breakfast is in a hallway and check-in is in a tiny room.Renovations causing electrical issues. Fire alarm went off, apparently more than one night, and had to evacuate at 2:45 am. Remained in parking lot in rain for 30+ minutes before fire dept gave the all clear. Hotel is being converted from a Hampton Inn to "Spark." Such a fitting name given the alarm issues and wildfires nearby. Booked for 5 but only enough room for 4 people. Couldn't even use roller bed due to limited space.

Liked: Free grab and go breakfast items were convenient. After check in I was offered bottled water when I came back downstairs to buy some.
Disliked: I understand the property was currently under construction as part of a rebrand. However, I don't know if it's supposed to be like this for this new "Spark" brand, but the room had: - No phone - No clock - No DRAWERS - No iron or ironing board - Only one hanger - No outlets near the beds or on lamps - No hair dryer.In addition, the door to the room was off balance on its hinges and/or sticking on fresh paint, so we had to shove or kick the door just to open it every time. And, the faucet on the bathroom sink was loose and flopping around like nobody bothered to tighten it when it was installed.If this room was recently refurbished, I wouldn't even consider it finished, let alone give it to a guest. Fortunately all I needed was a bed and a shower, but if my family was with me, we probably would have moved to a different hotel.
