Liked: I did like the location
Disliked: I did not like the fact it was under construction. And I was not notified until much later.

Exceptional

Very poor

Liked: No hot breakfast. No hot water for shower. Pool not open. Hot tub not open.

Hotel in renovation. Too expensive...

Liked: The rooms were renovated and it was clean.
Disliked: The hotel’s name has changed and we didn’t know. We had a hard time finding the hotel because of it. Pool and other facilities weren’t available because of the renovations and once again we haven’t been told before our stay. No breakfast room but only a few choices in the hallway. We had to eat outside the hotel, sitting on the sidewalk. In these conditions, we should have at least been charged less.

Disappointing

Liked: The room was clean
Disliked: Found out after I was on location that it was under construction so no amenities were available no hot breakfast

Liked: The staff was nice
Disliked: I wasn’t aware it was under renovation so nothing was open pool wise and breakfast wise for the family. We were looking forward to pool time and brought our swimsuits

FALSE ADVERTISING AND Absolutely disappointment!

Liked: Nothing I want my money back! Nothing worked no ice machines no pool not hot breakfast, no room service nothing! No amenities that I paid for and specifically chose that hotel for were available! They should have a warning on their website that construction had been going on for awhile it wasn’t new! And they changed the name of the hotel aswell without telling anyone
Disliked: It was u see full construction which no one told us and it’s not like it started after we booked! If we were told before we would have booked elsewhere! It was tore up dust everywhere, we had to go into the employees side entrance into a little hall to check in there was one available elevator, “breakfast” not the hot breakfast that i specifically booked this place for but some rock hard bagels and warm juice and cup of peaches that they couldn’t even put on ice because there were no ice machines. The rooms look like they threw it together to have people stay there were weird splatters on the ceiling. The pool was closed which is the 2nd reason along with the hot big free breakfast they advertised and we got neither. No room service available, no amenities at all! From 8-8 they were doing construction so noise level high! Definitely not what we were wanting or paid for after our 9 hour drive! I have a ton more pictures but u only allow a few
