Disliked: Honestly the room was perfect but front desk unorganized to say the least . Added an additional night to original reservation. We were woken up at 6:30 asking again about reservations. Then housekeeping comes and knocks on door.When we returned for the day, we were locked out of our room. Not a good experience and expect better from a Hampton

Liked: Stayed here twice previously, like the ease of booking room online
Disliked: A lot of confusion during the check-in process. Attempted to check in early online but app was not working. Confusion at the desk with a clerk who seemed fairly new. Floors in room were dirty,including carpet. Bed sheets looked like they hadn't been changed, dust ruffles were dirty. Beds were very uncomfortable.
