Liked: Cookie at the front desk was most friendly and helpful with our questions.
Disliked: Floor was uneven on the second floor exiting the elevator. Could cause a fall.

Very good

Liked: The room was nice and the workers were friendly.
Disliked: The complimentary water that was in the room. The bottles were open and 1 was 3/4 gone.

2 night stay in Rome

Liked: The beds were comfortable, the room was a good size. The breakfast had many options, both hot and cold.
Disliked: The pool was cold, many others were complaining and disappointed. The hotel was not quiet. We did have to call the front desk, and they took care of the room above us.

Exceptional

Liked: Location was perfect for our weekend plans.Breakfast was good. Would have liked some bacon and yogart

Frustrating

Disliked: 1) Did not get the handicap room I needed but that was more from the booking than fault of hotel, the hotel could not accommodate further though. 2) one handicap parking spot that was available when others were filled was due to lack of snow shoveling. On second when no parking was available, handicap friendly , called desk from car about unshoveked spot. Family member attempted to break down and clear with feet.
