Disliked: Too noisy. Close to interstate and cheap windows allowed for too much noise. Hallway and elevator carpets need cleaned.

Disliked: Bad channel selection. Worst I've ever experienced in a hotel. Alarm went off. Doors wouldn't lock.

Superb

Liked: The area was very pleasant and clean. Nice to walk around the neighbourhood after a long drive
Disliked: The breakfast attendent could have been more cognizant of items running low and to restock/refill

Exceptional

Liked: The desk staff was exceptionally helpful! (Booking. Com messed up my reservation but Nayeli was kind and accommodating in meeting our need!)

Disliked: Hot tub was broken The condition bottle was empty The door did not close unless you gave it a good push and then it made a loud noise The phone did not work
