Liked: Everyone was very friendly and good food at breakfast.
Disliked: Even though we did not have the sign on our door the room was not cleaned.

I loved this hotel! The front desk personnel were friendly, informative, and helpful. Our room was spotless, the bedding clean and comfortable. I usually have problems sleeping but the bed was so comfortable, I actually overslept! I would be happy to stay there again.

Worst hotel experience ever. Was charged $215 for leaving cigarette butts in trash can.

Liked: I liked the location which is close to the RGHospital as I have a business there. Probably the only reason I booked this
Disliked: 1. Paper plates for breakfast2. Not a lot of options for breakfast.3. No complementary water on the king room4. Thin paper tissues5. Why is it so dim on the room itself? Only 3 small lamps?!6. Free teas and coffee but no creamer?!?7. The airconwas a bit too loud and kept me up

Liked: Hotel agreed to change our room after the room assigned was found in poor cony
Disliked: Room was not clean, noisy refrigerator and AC unit. Had to keep asking for clean towels and toiletries were not replaced

The breakfast isnt worth the...

Liked: The service staff were nice and accommodating.
Disliked: The AC needed fixing and we had to change rooms where AC needed to be fixed again. My key card didn’t work one morning and I was locked out of my room. Not much of a Deaf friendly space to try and get families in case of an emergency.

Disliked: Smell, dirty, old carpets, sticky floors, not enough towels, shower head pulled from wall, old paint peeling
