Great facilities and room except...

Liked: Nice facilities, clean, friendly people - unfortunately the elevator wasn't working and they told me this after I checked in and received a third story room. Of course as a business traveler I have a lot of gear so that was inconvenient having to lug all that gear up two stories.

Liked: The hotel was near the hospital my loved one is in. Was able to access from hospital parking lot
Disliked: Nothing

Convenient location, EV charger, comfortable.

Liked: breakfast was good, except the breaded chicken was odd. The EV charger worked perfectly. Room was well appointed & clean. The lady at check in was great.
Disliked: There was no remote for the TV in the room. The clock had not been set to daylight savings time and the buttons to change it were locked down. The lady at the front desk fixed the TV issue.

Liked: It's a perfect location for anyone visiting the hospital.
Disliked: Ice machine didn't work but what really irritated me was the $50 charge on my card at check in for incidentals that I might buy. I'm not sure I will stay where next time.
