Liked: Arrived late and desk was busy but expedited our check in . Got an upgraded larger room . New TV was on the fritz and manager came up and rectified within 15 minutes . Left my cold storage insulin canister in fridge upon departure called hotel and housekeeping manager Cassandra? , located it ; refrigerating it for me until ready for pick up on our return trip . Above and beyond for solving what could have been a costly mistake . Grateful . Good people .
