Liked: Absolutely love the property love the staff and the location
Disliked: I didn’t like that I got charged double than what I was quoted for my two rooms

Liked: The place was very clean and quite i would definitely go back.
Disliked: When i checked in i was their for minutes showed my confirmation to the receptionist they provided me two different names that wasn't me. They couldn't find my name so they had to create a new check in. So it took longer than i expected i was late to my event due to the hold i had in the hotel. Finally they wr able to help out and we wr able to get a room.

Very disappointed in the quality...

Disliked: First I was given a room overlooking all the construction and the pool was dirty plus the restroom the mirrors were not clean I was very disappointed in my stay coming from another state to visit . The walls are so thin I could hear other guest loud all night and when checking in the lady was rude and I had to ask the questions and for the name Hampton I thought my stay would of been more luxury with cleanliness and quietness with quality especially the price I had to pay . I was just so disappointed and iv been to many hotels and it’s sad to say this is the first time iv ever been disappointed

Liked: There is some construction taking place on or near the property but my stay was really comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and carefully designed. The shower head was older and the water was not consistent but other than that the room was great. The location was also perfectly located to restaurants and activities.
Disliked: The shower in the bathroom was older but it worked for the most part

Great value, free hot breakfast...

Liked: Close location to convention center and walking distance to restaurants
Disliked: Self parking not convenient since it’s a further walk
