Liked: Most staff was nice.
Disliked: Booked a room that fit 5 with a couch bed and at checkin, I was told they don't have those rooms. We were cramped due to this!

We like Hampton Inn hotel,...

Liked: The location is perfect, very convenient for parking and go to different places. We like Nelly. She is very friendly and helps us a lot during our stay. Besides that, we like the self-drinks in the lobby.
Disliked: The frequency to clean the room and change the bath towels
