Crappy!

Liked: The location was great!
Disliked: Our rooms air conditioning didn’t work. The maintenance man repaired it by unplugging it (ridiculous). Had to ask for a new room instead of them offering! The elevator was broken so my elderly mom had to walk up three flights of stairs. Was never offered a refund or discount. My mom’s room also smelled musky and the floors were damp! Very disturbing! We also stay here on our way to the beach in South Carolina. Wrote a negative review and asked to be contacted a week ago and no one ever reached out. Will not ever stay here again!

Good

Disliked: When I made my reservation no one told me about the $5.00 a day parking fee. Which I think should be included in the price of the room. I go to other hotels they don't charge to park in their parking lot.
