Bad
Disliked: I used to love this hotel and had stayed here several times before, but I will never return. When we arrived, the keys to our rooms didn’t work. That night, we discovered that the area near the AC was so wet that all of our belongings became damp and started to smell musty.The next day, we informed the staff and asked to be moved to another room. Instead of switching us right away, they insisted they would “take care of it” while we were out. When we returned three hours later, nothing had been fixed. Only then did they finally move us to a new room.They should have offered a room change immediately after we reported the problem. The lack of urgency and poor customer service have made this one of my worst hotel experiences, and I will not be staying here again.

Would definitely go back.
Liked: I liked there was availability to snacks and anything u needed all night.staff was great.rooms where clean.and it was highly recommended to anyone who needs a place to stay.
Disliked: Nothing bad to say.Maybe no indoor pool.out door pool closed because of weather.Not there fault.

Liked: the breakfast was great and the room was clean.
Disliked: I had to pay an extra tourism tax. So you pay a tourism tax with booking.com and with the hotel. Also this hotel will no longer be accepting cash as payment.

Disliked: Morning breakfast - just ok, could have been better...Hot food not hot; hot choices - ok - expected a little more..With that said, we did arrive near the end of the time frame, so we may have missed...
