I would stay here again!

Liked: The closeness to the park and dinner options. Nice walk for coffee in the morning. When our assigned room wasn’t ready they made efforts to find a suitable room at arrival.

mediocre hotel at high end...

Liked: Proximity to river and park. Parking was easy. Full spectrum of dumbbells in weight room.
Disliked: Lacking “real” food for breakfast. It’s not free breakfast if you charge for the room it’s built in I’m sure. Offer some better options than “omelettes”, “sausage”, and “waffles”. Waffle mix was not great. Fitness center was lacking size and options.

Liked: Breakfast eggs, cinnamon waffle you make yourself, oatmeal, and muffins. Room size, separate door to close when taking shower, fridge, and tv with Netflix.
Disliked: Breakfast biscuits & gravy. No clothes drawers, just 3 metal baskets. No overhead lights for middle of the room. No towel racks if you want to reuse the towels. Rough toilet paper. No drawer on the night stands. Uncomfortable chair, no padding. No writing pad/pen to leave notes. Loud air conditioning unit and it cycles every two minutes for 30 seconds. Everytime your body moves, the bed creaks. Bathroom drain plug would not keep water from seeping out thus it never fills up the basin.

Liked: The river view was great! Excellent walking paths for as far as you wish to walk. Front desk people were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was as expected. When will they learn that egg yolks and whole milk are actually healthy?
Disliked: Our initial "river view" room had very little view of the river because of the angle of the building and a wall of windbreak trees. Watch out for that. Shouldn't be charged as a river view when you can only see the river by standing in one corner.
