Liked: Accommodated early arrival and checked our luggage.. The staff called when the room was ready. Good variety of food options at breakfast. Beds are very comfortable. Excellent location.
Disliked: The game room machine did not work so I lost money.

Horrible employees at this location....

Liked: Hotel itself was very nice and very clean. Employees on the other hand definitely did not represent the Hilton Brand in a manner that is expected. Stayed at many Hilton Hotels and always had an exceptional experience until I came to this location. As a former employee these employees were an embarrassment to the brand.
Disliked: My stay was a disaster due to a few of the employees. Told me I did not have a room even though I already paid and booked a month ahead of time and had several phone calls with them about my room before arriving. Told me they were sold out and didn't have answers as to why my room was gone and said would have to stay somewhere else. Tried to over charge me several times. The receipt they gave me did not match what they took out of my account( receiptsaid ONLY $300 and i paid $500, have bank statement for proof), told me my card was declined ( which it wasn't, they took over $700, mind you I only still owed $500, and the list goes on.

Liked: I liked the pool and how close it was to the beach
Disliked: Changes to booking were extremely difficult between booking.com and the hotel itself. After confirming multiple times, the hotel still didn’t have that we were bringing our dogs upon arrival. It was fixed though. Also, I am currently pregnant. It seemed like whenever we went to take our dogs out back to use the bathroom, there were staff members smoking back there so I had to hold my breath to walk my dogs out back which was uncomfortable. However, the stay was nice overall.

The hotel was very quiet...

Liked: Never made it to the breakfast by 10AM.Location of the hotel was great as it was very close to numerous eateries and stores.
Disliked: The one thing I was disappointed with was that there was no small safe in the room.

Liked: The breakfast was very good. I especially liked the variety of items offered each morning.The coffee and tea selections were very good. I also liked that cold lemon water was available during the day. Later in the afternoon fresh baked cookies were provided. Cheese and wine with music on Wednesday evening was a wonderful bonus.
Disliked: I was a little surprised on my last night to hear dogs barking from the room down the hall. This went on for some time even after notifying the desk. When I checked out I the next morning I was told dogs were allowed . I love dogs. But I would think if they were allowed in the hotel that maybe the first floor would be set aside for animals.
