Lovely property, pleasant environment.

Liked: Pleasant staff, safe environment, plentiful breakfast.
Disliked: People letting their dogs defecate near the pool railings. They picked it up but not pleasant when you’re relaxing in the pool.

Best experience ever

Liked: Staying at this hotel was the best experience. Nothing could have made it better. We stayed a full week. The staff were kind, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast options were plentiful. Cleanliness was a priority. Everything was GREAT!

Disappointed and lots of wasted...

Liked: Friendly staff
Disliked: Breakfast was horrible. A/c didn’t work. Changed rooms 3 times. Room was very damp and the 2nd bed was old and lopsided. 1st room was wrong booking. 3rd room on day 3 was better. The pictures of the Buffett are misleading. Very small selection, nothing I could eat with my allergies as everything had onions and peppers each day. Trash was overflowing outside.
