TV would have been nice...

Liked: Location was excellent in relation to the interstate but not close to restaurants. The evening front desk staff was very helpful in trying to resolve the TV issue but, unfortunately, there was no service the next morning.
Disliked: The television would freeze up and had to be rebooted in the evening by staff who I had to advise in person because the phone in the room was not only dirty, it did not work. The TV did not work at all the next morning.

I was in town one...

Liked: The hotel and all it's facilities were clean. Everyone was extremely friendly and courteous. The hotel was having work done which didn't bother me or disturb me at all.
Disliked: Whether it was current or previous work the hotel some very poor work done to it. The bathroom door in my room would not stay closed be the knob was a full inch off from the cut out that keeps the door closed. The elevator was a visual mess from what appeared to unsatisfactory prior work, looks like it had been that way a long time.

Disliked: Extremely noisy!!! Called front desk to ask them to control the noise above us. Did not work!! Went to front desk twice about noise nothing was done about the noisy situation!!! WANT A REFUND ASAP!!!

Liked: Breakfast and location were good.
Disliked: Morning front staff was on her cell phone and barely looked up when people coming by for check-out or questions. Dark roast coffee ran out, I went to tell her and it was like I was bothering her. Hotel had a sign stating it was in remodeling phase, there was no such work going on. Hotel a/c was not working and walking the halls was horrible. Room bathroom was in bad shape, overall room was not updated, bed was terrible.
