They are customer oriented, and...

Liked: I have no single complaint. The staffs were exceptionally friendly. They allowed us to lodge in earlier than 4pm, this is a Costco grade customer service, where staff members can use their discretion to assist customers. We will surely come back.
Disliked: Nothing.
