Liked: The location was great , room was clean some front desk staff was nice
Disliked: I didn’t like how a specific room was requested and ended up not being able to have a specific room for accessibility. The man that the front desk was not concerned about it he seemed more interested in talking about how he was called into work that evening. There was no room service so had to reuse towels but I ended up just going and buying bath towels

Liked: Property was clean and neat. Easy access.
Disliked: I am handicap and asked for a step in shower and was assured that that was what I was getting, however it was a handicap tub. It was difficult for me, but I managed to. In managing I got the bathroom floor wet/slippery.

Great stay!

Liked: The beds were very comfortable. The staff was super friendly. The entire hotel was very clean. Conveniently located next to a gas station and several fast food places and a Dunkin. Only a few minutes from downtown. They also had a great breakfast with variety and healthy options.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay...

Liked: Breakfast could offer another meat for the people that don't eat pork or beef.
Disliked: Didn't like the fact that my door lock mechanism malfunction during my stay resulting in staff having to change the batteries every 6hrs.

Liked: The front desk staff was very welcoming and hospitable. The public areas were very clean as were the rooms. They had a large breakfast selection which was nice way to start day.
Disliked: Nothing. Everything was great.
