Disliked: A very small niggle, no shower caps & a small bottle of water in room would have been nice

Liked: The location is fantastic. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was kind, and the pool was probably the most used hotel pool I have ever seen. Filled with kids and families!
Disliked: We had to ask for towels several times bc not enough were in. I wish the breakfast options could have been more varied and included some vegetables.

Liked: Friendly staff, nice rooms, pool opening hours were excellent. Breakfast was decent.
Disliked: The pool was small, dark, and it felt like it wasn’t clean enough. Also it was colder than expected.

Disliked: The valet didn’t even come close to cleaning the car off from the snow

Center of the action...but the...

Liked: Breakfast was solid although they could use a 2nd waffle maker to cut down waiting time. Loved being in the center of the waterfront district. Everything is walkable!
Disliked: The valet only is annoying and the extra $40 you need to pay per night along with tipping the parking attendants is an unnecessary cost. It rained our last night and it looking like my vehicle was left in a mudslide!
