Well stay there again and...

Liked: It was clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. The room was a great size.
Disliked: Our flight was delayed from east coast so we didn’t arrive until 2am. I tried calling hotel 2 times to get the shuttle to pick us up but no one answered. I had to find someone from airport to call for us.

Liked: Excellent customer service & clean & spacious rooms & friendly, helpful staff.
Disliked: Bathroom toilet overflowed & made a mess. Old plumbing system. Had to change rooms.

Liked: Convenient to our conference, which was next-door. The staff is incredibly, genuinely friendly. The accommodations were perfect.

Fine except for shuttle

Liked: Comfortable
Disliked: The shuttle took more than 25 minutes to pick me up when I’d been told there would be one every 15 minutes.
