Liked: I really appreciate the stuff. Everyone is so nice and friendly. My family really enjoyed the visit!There is one thing I want to point it out that the edge around the pool is a little slippery which seems like the same material inside of the bathtub. Maybe after the remodel will be better. Overall it was a wonderful experience!

Liked: Location was ok; breakfast was ok.
Disliked: Stairway closed, necessitating either long walk or use of extremely slow elevator. Luggage carts were filthy.

Terrible property management

Liked: The rooms were nice but the air conditioning was broken for two of the three nights of our stay and they were unable to fix it or move us to a different room. it was in the 90's over those three days.
Disliked: We were at the hotel for my daughter's wedding. our room was 85 degrees and muggy the morning of the wedding. The room was designated for Bridesmaids to get ready and they were sweating their make up off. A lovely staff member told us that night of our stay would be refunded because the room wasn't functional. Lional, the manager of the hotel, has refused to honor this promise. He has ignored my calls and customer service from Booking.com. Under Lional's management, there are no maintenance staff available outside of working hours. I would say be hesitant to stay here in general but DEFINITELY do not book the hotel for any special occasion or event, especially a wedding.

Liked: The overall appearance was clean and put together. The room was clean. Plenty of parking and easy to find.
Disliked: The breakfast was nothing great, tator tots as hashbrowns, the sausage was not hot, and there were no eggs and only adult cereal. The pool was not clean, and the room we originally were in did not have an efficient AC unit, we had to change rooms, the third floor obviously had someone that was smoking in the halls. We had a bathtub, but the drainplug would not stop the water from draining, so no soaking after bmx race.
