Very clean and comfortable

Liked: Very clean, room was very comfortable. Serving area for breakfast was well planned out.
Disliked: Since when was the provision of only two towels in each category an indication of providing me with comfort. During Covid the service has been minimized and has never come back

Disappointing did not meet expectations

Liked: The bed in 314 was comfortable. The bathroom was OK but there wasn’t a plug for the sink
Disliked: Room 314 only had one chair(wonky desk chair) had to get camping chair from our car.This was needed as the room had two queen beds so one thought more chairs would come with the room!There wasn’t a plug in the bathroom sink, no paper guide to show TV Chanel’s, we do not have a cell phone to use for scanning, when we asked the front desk how to get CNN we were told scan the QR code we don’t have anything printed we can give!Breakfast unfortunately we were unable to have waffles as machine was broken, we asked if it could be fixed but were told NO - parts needed have to be ordered by manager (Paul) at 9:00 am I was told he would not be in until 9.30amAt 9:50 I asked the front desk if I could speak to him but he was “in a meeting”.The pool was closed on Sunday July 27th as it needed to be cleaned.When I inquired at the front desk regarding my concerns I was told “it’s a brand problem”I have stayed at other Hampton Inns in various locations in Canada and had a good stay, this time I left very disappointed!I would appreciate a response to my comments and would like a reply.Christine [email protected]

Just a place to lay...

Liked: It was close to town
Disliked: The pool was closed but didn’t have a sign up, so got kicked out, room was okay, fixtures are cheaply done, couldn’t even hold a sweater on the coat hooks..

Liked: The choice of food for breakfast was exceptional.
Disliked: The fifty extra dollars as refundable deposit is in my opinion not necessary.
