All staff encountered seemed indifferent...

Disliked: Staff seemed uninterested in trying to accommodate my request and stated it was because I had booked thru booking.com that they were unable to help me.

Very good

Liked: The facility was as good as expected. Clean and neat. The staff was extremely friendly, which added a very nice touch to our stay. The location has excellent access to the local highways. The breakfast was very good.

Better Alternatives

Liked: Disappointed. No daily maid service. Very noisy A/C with inadequate cooling. Horrible breakfast. Rude staff with only a couple of exceptions.

Liked: Clean rooms, parking availability, nice breakfast with eggs, porridge, sausages, coffee and waffles. Washing machine and dryer available at the floor for a reasonable price (cards acceptable, no mess with coins etc.)
Disliked: Wifi access was available only via web registration page, no IoT web

Liked: Everything would have exceptional if it wasn't for the property not having water from 9 pm to 5 am. My mom (83 years old Parkinson's patient) and I arrived at 9:30 pm after an 8 hour drive. This is something that the property should have communicated with all concerned parties (i.e. Booking. com, all guests with reservations for that day). It was too late in the evening for me to search for another hotel.
Disliked: The fact that the water for the property was shut off and it was not communicated with me.

it's okay.

Liked: the beds and pool were clean and comfortable
Disliked: the property shows signs of wear, the staff was not very friendly, the curtains in the eating area were disgustingly filthy
