Definitely recommend, friendly and clean

Disliked: The parking area and no instructions for extra parking.

Liked: Everything from check-in, to to check-out went well. The breakfast was good, and all staff were always helpful and pleasant. Central enough to walk across to the U Pitt campus. A very nice stay. Thank you.
Disliked: No complaints at all. I think it was great.

Our room was clean but...

Liked: The staff, especially Khristian, was very welcoming.
Disliked: The room was worn, and the breakfast was empty. Although clean, the sheets were stained and the pillowcases were threadbare. The shower was either stained black or moldy. Breakfast said that it was open from 6-10am. However, when we arrived at 8:04am, all that remained was the waffle station, a few pieces of bread, some fruit, oatmeal, hardboiled eggs, cereal, and one plain yogurt. A little disappointing for the cost.
