Hampton Inn By Hilton Philadelphia/Willow Grove

My cab was half an hour early then left due to error of the manager on duty. Will not go back. Was late for my show.

Liked: Did get a wake up call on time, but that's all that went right.
Disliked: It was a dirty room; the shower had soap still on it; dusty and was not up to par.

It was below average then...

Liked: I like how clean it was and spacious. The breakfast area was well organized and the staff was friendly.
Disliked: I did t like how they didn’t tell us about the water issue at all. I wouldn’t have known about a water issue if I didn’t read the ONE sign outside of the elevators on the 1st floor. The guy who was at the front desk didn’t let me know of the issue and because of that my whole family which includes 2 toddlers had to wash in luke warm to ice cold water. I didn’t find that to be fair or I wish I would’ve been told that and I would’ve booked else where. I feel the experience wasn’t up to the normal standards and I wish they would have notified the guests first so that we are aware.

Beside the confusion with my...

Liked: They offer a hot breakfast but I didn’t get to try it I have to leave for work, I like that the bathroom is stocked with hygiene products, I like that the property is down the street from Best Buy and a few restaurants.
Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that I went to the front desk to add another day and because I booked through booking they told I had to extend my stay through booking, so I did so and went to the front desk to make sure every was good, the guy said yes I would keep the same room, he said just come down at some point and get a new key, so I had to go to work to come back to my items and clothes gone because room service cleaned my room after I was told I was good to go

Liked: The bed very comfortable and the AC is great.
Disliked: The room’s smell and not hot water in the shower only little warm.

Liked: Convenient location, excellent bathroom amenities, free breakfast and coffee
