Hampton Inn By Hilton Philadelphia/Willow Grove

My cab was half an hour early then left due to error of the manager on duty. Will not go back. Was late for my show.

Liked: Did get a wake up call on time, but that's all that went right.
Disliked: It was a dirty room; the shower had soap still on it; dusty and was not up to par.

Check this Hampton In. Out....

Liked: Updated rooms and showering bathing. Everything at fingertips. Check in was so easy key cards don’t require anything except a tapCheck out took 10 seconds. Breakfast was good with options. Very pleased.
Disliked: Nothing. We just had a huge crack in our sink but he rest of bathroom was updated.

Liked: The fact that I could wake up and go downstairs to get a hot breakfast before I leave to go home was wonderful

Disliked: We had to take the lid of the toilet tank to fill the tank up with water to flush. Toilet needs new pump

It was a disappointing stay...

Liked: Breakfast was cold and items had run out. The rooms were nice.
Disliked: TV didn’t work in the first room. Moved to a better room, TV didn’t work in the second room. Fighting/yelling/noise in the hall. Breakfast was cold and items were missing. Beds were ok except in the second room there were metal pieces sticking out that I kept hitting my feet against.

Disliked: I didn’t like that the water in the bathroom was running all night when I was trying to sleep. I didn’t like that the staff was trying to keep my sandal when I left them there my an accident. I live 1 hour away. Then I had to go back up there to get my sandals.
