Great staff and beautiful hotel...

Liked: This is a gorgeous site in the renovated historic Petaluma Silk Factory. They were able to maintain the beauty of the old factory but update it so it is modern and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and super clean. I also loved the staff at the front desk and at breakfast. They had up gorgeous fall decor (made by one of the staff) which was so pretty and a great touch. It is not far from downtown and a great coffee shop by the river (grand central).

Great location, quiet, clean.

Liked: Location was nice, quiet, clean. Continental breakfast selection was better than others that we had. Gym was a little bonus for my teenage sons to get a little work out in. Proximity to downtown Petaluma was an all around plus. Choice of brand for hand soap, lotion, shampoo had a pleasant smell that my son wants his own bottle.
Disliked: Bathroom was only stocked for 3 adults vs 4. Would be nice to have it stocked as the two queen beds accommodates up to 4 people.

If you must, stay here...

Liked: The room was small but comfortable and well stocked.
Disliked: The staff was so incredibly unfriendly. So busy typing on their computers. Hardly ever a warm smile or welcoming word
