GREAT location but be prepared...

Liked: The workers were so wonderful. They met every request or issue with a smile and solution. The location of the Hampton Inn is fantastic. Once you arrive you could walk everywhere. Beach, giftshops, coffee, restaurants, all within a small walking distance. The hotel continental breakfest was excellent every morning. The pools were clean and there was plenty of chairs around. My husband is in a wheelchair and easily accessed all locations in the hotel even by the pools. We also had my husband's service dog and there were dog treats on the front desk and 2 designated potty areas on each side of the hotel with bags/trash can for easy clean up.
Disliked: My only issue is the Hotel needs to be updated. All the elevators took turns going down during our stay. Just in our room we had to have the fridge and TV changed out due to them not working properly. Also on day 2 we had water leaking down from the room above us which turned out to be a AC problem for that room. Turns out there was more than just me with maintenance issues. I personally saw 2 other guest at the front desk with issues. Other than that we did enjoy our 4 night stay!
