Disappointing

Superb

Liked: Nice, clean and fresh; staff was very helpful.
Disliked: Ended up with a beautiful room over looking the pool; but it was with a large family of kids squealing into the night. We had an early flight to catch so that didn’t work well.

Bad

Disliked: The shuttle never showed up. Waited at the airport for an hour. Called the hotel twice and got the same response that the driver was out on a “run”. Had to walk from the airport to the hotel after being told a sister shuttle was called but the driver that showed up did not know anything about it. When I talked to the front desk person after walking from the airport. She said that the driver had to go get gas. It does not take an hour to get gas. If that were the case, then they would’ve had a substitute shuttle, and they did not. This is very unprofessional when you have staff line for other staff.

It was the first night...

Liked: Everything, I felt safe (solo female traveler). Cleanliness, staff, location, breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing

Mediocre for most hotels, somewhat...

Liked: Clean pool, very friendly staff, beds clean and comfortable
Disliked: Obvious repairs to walls, damaged furniture, moldy and stained bathroom and carpet was filthy. Also, the evening of our final day signs went up saying we needed to pay for parking, despite being a guest at the hotel. Seriously?

Don't stay in room down...

Liked: location was good, room was clean and staff were nice
Disliked: Someone needs to check wha that constant irregular noise is in Rm 125. It was no regular pattern to an on again off again buzzing, humming sound all night. Almost sounded like a water pump so anytime water was being turned on somewhere it would make the noise.

Liked: I did not like anything about this property. Bad choice.
Disliked: This property was not clean. The carpet smell like mildew. My room had no hot water to take a shower. My family had to change rooms. This room had mildew in the toilet as if now one cleaned it for some time. Awful stay!
