Hospitality makes the difference

Liked: Hotel staff is very friendly, I had a reservation problem which was quikly solved by Keri at the reception, breakfast, carefully prepared by Rosita, offers fresh muffins, a nice variety of coffees ready to go and fresh fruit, all products are constantly replenished. A very pleasant stay

Will stay here again

Liked: Keri at the front desk and Rosita at breakfast made the stay exceptional, cozy and warm. Hotel is clean. Great location.

I didn’t get to stay...

Liked: I called the day of the reservation to let them know that I would be checking in around 11pm. When my spouse and I got there they couldn’t find my reservation. After 30 minutes of trying to find my reservation, we asked did they have another room available. No, they did not causing us to make other accommodations at another hotel next door.
