Stunk or cheap strong chemicals...

Liked: Breakfasts and day manager.
Disliked: The room smelled of stongly chemicals and chlorine, had a broken fan. It caused asthma attack we called front desk, needing to switch rooms. They moved us 2 doors down to another chemically smelly room with a functioning fan. I still couldn't breath and didn't sleep at all. Horrible. They should have moved us to an allergen free or sensitive room, which we were told about the next day at the front desk.

Exceptional

Liked: Beds and pillows so comfortable. Room very clean. Staff was very friendly.

Superb

Liked: Friendly staff, copious coffee, great breakfast, spacious room.
Disliked: The elevator, which only holds 5 people, is a little scary. The bathroom vanity could use a little touching up.

Liked: The breakfast was vey good. The hotel was clean but there were some signs of wear and tear
Disliked: It was hard to find because it was located and attached to another hotel. Signage and directional arrows would have helped

Liked: Convenient to highways
Disliked: One mattress very lumpy, heater not working properly, stained tub, ran out of some food early

Disliked: The sink in the bathroom had some issues. The drain was clogged.

Exceptional

Needs a refresh

Liked: Good free coffee. All the basic good gym and pool when open.
Disliked: Hotel is old and needs a refresh. Pool was often shut. Everything quite basic but ok for price.
