Liked: Awesome! Super comfy bed, quiet, clean, large rooms excellent shower. Pool and hot tub were working, functioning properly and accessible. Bonus was the fire pit & grill! Yes! THEY HAVE A GAS GRILL! Bring your meats. They have fire. Associates were professional, friendly and accommodating. Will stay here again.

Disliked: Laura Logan cussed me and threatened me. She was mad because the digs were not charged on my entry. They were aware of the dogs and she also insisted i pay for the room which i had already paid for on 12/08. Prior to my 12/29 arrival. Because she cussed me and put her finger in my face in the hotel lobby in front of people, she was very unprofessional. I was not allowing her to charge me for the room that i had paid for in advance on 12/08. I will speak with her Manger that is with Hampton but not her. She is hostile and rude.
