Pleasant hospitality service.

Liked: I arrived late and the staff member (Naiya) was available to check me in. She was also contacting me through SMS throughout my stay about anything that was needed.

Not great stay

Disliked: We stay in hampton a lot, this one definitely wasnt as clean. The kids couldnt even swim in the pool it was so dirty and broke out in a rash after. Breakfast was very limited. Room was extremely loud and amelled of marijuana throughout the night coming through vents

Disliked: For five days my room never was clean no towels, trash never was taken, beds never was changed.

Liked: Nice price, clean ...good enough for 1 night.
Disliked: Not enough towels, pool has mold around it especially the corners, water was cloudy. Refrigerator froze everything. Elevator broke, ice machine on 2nd floor not working. Prices too expensive like $4 for a single 16oz soft drink.
