Disliked: I requested an early check in because I was traveling and needed to get ready for a funeral. I wasn’t able to check in until the normal time, giving me 15 minutes to get ready after a 4.5 hour drive. It would not have been so bad but I overheard the housekeeper say the room had been cleaned since the morning. So, the hotel itself was good, but the empathy and understanding of the staff was non-existent.

Liked: Was not pleased at all. When I arrived there was no handicap accessible entryway. The staff was at desk was on break , took 20 minutes to wait for her to return. There was no linens in room for pull out couch. The staff gave me an attitude because she had to leave desk to get linen for me. The food was nasty . Loud at night,staff does not say anything to upstairs ,jumping running screaming kids all night.Housekeeping rushing us at checkout, standing outside door asking what time we are checking out ,hour before checkout time.
Disliked: Staff not friendly,not accommodating to handicap guest,pool was dirty,laundry services broken. Very crowded,no lights in parking lot at night.

Disappointing

Liked: The bathroom was out of both lotion and conditioner

Liked: Everything about the stay was excellent esp the young man who checked me in and was so helpful
