Disappointing

beautiful and spacious room with...

Liked: Our room was very large and well equipped with a kitchenette. There were toiletries including body wash, shampoo and conditioner and enough towels for all of us. AC was well functioning and quiet and the pool was lovely. I liked it that they had their own underground parking lot.
Disliked: It was a bit weird and in my view redundant that we needed to use our key card for literally everything. Even to use the elevator or to enter the hallway!
