Liked: I honestly don’.t remember anything that I liked worth mentioning when I have so many things I did not like.
Disliked: First when were cheking in they couldn’t find our Booking’s reservation. So instead of them apologising and making a new reservation for us the lady in the reception was almost rude and we had to solve the matter by our selves by making the recervation again. It didn’t get any better. The staff was unkind and rude all the time. The didn’t greet when greeted (it should be that they greet you - not the other way around). Nobody was smiling except one black lady in housekeeping. She seemed nice. The breakfast was eatable, but not good. The staff was very rude there also. The whole hotel seems to be braking apart. The room was very outdated as well as the pool area. The pool was filthy. Nobody seemed to take care on it and the same carbage was lying there day after day.Don’t go if you are looking for a decent hotel.
