Decent value but many flaws.

Liked: Great location for convention center and bed was super comfy.
Disliked: Bath leaked into room and mold over the carpets. Once I moved room it was ok. Premium WiFi was slow and no difference from the normal WiFi. Waste of $15. Download speed around 5-10mbs. For a convention related hotel this should be a priority. No safe box in bedroom but house keeping were super inconsistent anyway and never came in. Lifts was also slow and breakfast wasn’t great. AC was also a bit awkward to use and I had actually go on me knees to turn it off under the machine itself due to the wall control not responding to on and off.

Comfortable

Liked: Breakfast was good. Hot food and other options. Location was good. Got to explore by Universal area and like the area much better than where we originally stayed.

Liked: the location was good for what I had to do and where I had to be
Disliked: The entire breakfast was made up of single-use plastic (including some of the food items, I suspect) - I really have never seen that. Heavy use of airconditioning in the entire building; the windows of the room do not open (I may have thrown myself out, to be fair). ... and all that for a lot of money per night, and not a single Hilton Honours point. - Shame!

Liked: Absolutely a very joyful stay,and this is why we keep coming back.:-) Everyone is friendly and the staff is great,hard working .The breakfast is fabulous no complaints. .Thank you for making us feel right at home :-)
Disliked: The only small thing is when you first come into the room, it has a bit of a mosty smell .Maybe a allergy friendly carpet spray or carpet powder would help once or twice a week.
