We stayed two nights and from check in until check out, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel and room was clean and quiet. We would stay there again.

Liked: It was a comfortable room at a great location. It was just right around the corner from Universal and we were able to get to and from the park with ease. It was clean and we were right next to the door with the pool check in was a breeze!. Will definitely stay again!
Disliked: There wasn't much we didn't like.
