Hampton Inn By Hilton Orlando-At Universal Studios

We stayed two nights and from check in until check out, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel and room was clean and quiet. We would stay there again.

Liked: Breakfast was good. It is very economical for the area near the theme parks, although I did not go to them. Facilities over were very good, but not great! Very good for families and multiple room needs!!
Disliked: My bathroom had a sticky area on the floor, not very appealing!! The shower head, although designed to move some, could not be adjusted as needed! It was too tight on the pipe! The luggage stand should be sitting outside the closet to be seen upon entry. I didn't look for one, nor did I see it till the next day!!!?

Disliked: I am not the person that stayed there however, the person that stayed there stole my credit card number, and apparently you did not verify the credit card with the person who checked in.
