Great for families

Liked: Location was great! Plenty of shopping and places to eat near by! Hotel was really clean and the pool was huge and the breakfast was amazing with lots of choices! Beds ere super comfortable also! The lady who checked us in was very nice and friendly and so is the property manager!
Disliked: The lady at check out was not friendly at all. She looked younger maybe mid 20s and when I walked up to the desk I wasn’t greeted at all she just looked at me so I told her I was returning my keys to check out. She took the keys, never asked how my stay was or if I needed anything or had any questions, she just asked how I would like my receipt.. that was literally it!!! I told her to email me and said thank you and she didn’t say anything back at all just watched me walk away.. very odd and rude!

Pleasant

Liked: Breakfast was extremely busy; while the breakfast attendant was attempting to fill/refill the items, he was generally ‘behind the curve’. Fortunately for us we weren’t in a hurry, but there were some people who didn’t wait!
Disliked: Check in receives an F+ from us !!!!!We had chosen our room and was advised to stop and pick up our room key; when we arrived (11:00pm), the check in was very (very) busy .. the front desk staff was beyond overwhelmed,and then they seemed unable to find our reservation, what room we were in (we wound up in a different room than we had selected) etc. etc.Our check in took more than 30 minutes.Ultimately, we had a clean room with comfortable beds —- but it wasn’t a good experience!
