Liked: Breakfast is fantastic, staff is amazing, and friendly!

Liked: Attention to detail and special message from Pat the manager made a difference.
Disliked: The front desk person Tracy insisted that we need to pay $25 for trying to check in at 12 NOON. In addition, she said that Bottled water needs to be charged. When I mentioned that I am a HILOTON member she informed that when using booking.com, third party, membership benefits do not count. Booking.com should state this on their website or warm when customers are trying to book using their APP. As it turns out based on my reference 4 other families stayed in this hotel for the same Wedding. That alone should be worth all discounts or freebies that could have been extended my way.

Communication

Liked: The location was great. Liked that it was accessible to Route 9. Also close to shopping.
Disliked: Ladybugs on bed and room. Night staff did not submit my complaint. Spoke with the night staff who told me they submitted my complaint but later discovered it was not submitted.
