I will stay there again.

Liked: Breakfast was great. Everything was perfect. Eddie May and Connie were great!!!
Disliked: I will never book with 3rd party (Hotels.com). Had family emergency and since I booked 3rd party no changes I had to waste a nights stay. The hotel was apologetic but it was out of their hands.

Liked: Breakfast was adequate but not up to standards of other Hampton Inns
Disliked: Very loud. Rooms on one side of hotel face a busy highway and the sound of cars is significant.

Ok but, needs some work.

Liked: Location
Disliked: The room looks old. Fixtures/handrails, etc... are yellow with age. Popcorn ceilings. Has a musty smell. No remote control to tv. Called the front desk, and the person brought a generic remote missing battery cover. Only could volume up/down as well as channels. No on-screen menu could be selected. The hotel really needs updated, and the condition of the room should be inspected for all amenities. Didn't like the universal bottles of shampoo,conditioner, and lotion. Felt like using someone else's bottles.

Disliked: Housekeeping did not come while I was there--2 nights. Needed some additional coffee in room.

Had a great 1 night...

Liked: Very quiet. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Location was nice.
Disliked: Bed wasn't very comfortable. Room was dated. Window is cracked. No view. No soap in shower.

Liked: Location was great. Issue with first room moved to another. Unfortunately did not have another 2 queen room available gave us one with a king. Not what we wanted but it was fine.
Disliked: First room they gave us was dirty. Cobwebs in the corner by the window. Blind did not want to go up. TV did not work. Weird board hanging across the ceiling. Hair in the bathtub.
